Originally from Cuba, Lisandra moved to Canada in 2012 as an international student, earning a Bachelor's Degree in TESOL and Business Administration from Providence University College in Manitoba. Through her own journey—from navigating various immigration procedures to eventually obtaining permanent residency—she gained firsthand insight into the challenges newcomers encounter.

With over five years of experience in settlement and employment services, Lisandra has worked extensively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, equipping them with the tools to enhance their career prospects, integrate successfully, and explore immigration opportunities in Canada. Her personal experience as a newcomer inspired her to pursue a postgraduate diploma in immigration from Ashton College in BC, obtain her certification, and become a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).
