Originally from Cuba, Lisandra immigrated to Canada in 2012 as an international student, earning a Bachelor's Degree in TESOL and Business Administration from Providence University College in Manitoba. Having successfully navigated various immigration processes herself, she developed a deep understanding of the challenges newcomers face.

With over five years of experience in settlement and employment services, Lisandra has guided individuals—especially newcomers—in improving their employability and finding meaningful work in Canada. Her personal experience as an immigrant inspired her to pursue a postgraduate diploma in immigration and become a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).
